Isi Aki Chuckchii Mirdrag was the first leader and Co-Founder of the Utiguri. He ascended to the seat of Grand Master Artisan Isi Aki Chuckchii in 2008. He continues his legacy as a leader and respected elder of the Hunno-Bulgars.
